Here is my first example taken from the Daily Mail. Notice the words I have underlined in red. The headline, in massive text which for most people, is the only thing that they will read, states he WILL be paid that much. They go on in smaller text to actually state that this is only believed he will, suggesting that they do not actually have any idea, but this title will earn them some quick and easy hits.
This is one of thousands of articles you will find online bashing Martin over unrealistic stories. I'm sure they don't have anything against him, the reason they do this, is because it gains them more readers, and more money. They have likely never even seen him play, but are just joining the hate train to make a quick buck.
Up until now I have tried to usually ignore any hate articles written about Martin, but as he prepares to move on from Castilla, I thought I'd put this out there so the truth can at least be documented somewhere. On the pitch he has been a delight to watch. He has made the defenders of Segunda B look like fools time and time again. He has slowly but surely made a mark in the first team aswell. His top performances with Real Madrid this summer against top teams like Bayern Munich and PSG have earned him a place in the competitive Supercup final match in his homeland. This all points towards a positive development in the last year and a half or so. After being our top assister last year he is already having to move on to play at a higher level and prepare himself for life in the first team, at just 17 years of age. These are all facts. If you  take a small look at some headlines however, you could be forgiven for believing that Martin has flopped massively and spends most of the time on the bench, but whenever he is on the pitch the team loses or plays much worse, and he is only around the first team because Perez has forced the manager to include him. Something doesn't add up here. I deal with facts, and I only speak the truth of what I am seeing infront of me. Since I have had this account I have at times been accused of being Bias towards Martin and others. I've even been accused of being Norwegian and lying about things to enhance Martin's reputation. For those who don't know my name is Sam, and I currently live in England! If you'd like to know more, my DM's on Twitter are always open, feel free to ask anything! I watch every broadcasted Castilla game, and on most of the matches, I take votes at the end for 'Man of the Match' just to make sure I am not alone in what I am thinking. Martin got more than double the Man of the Match awards than anyone else last season.. I'm now going to post a couple of highlights videos of the last 2 seasons he has featured. I'd be grateful if you could watch them and make your own decisions on whether he has been as woeful as the media would have you believe. NOTE: These videos barely even scratch the surface on the things he has done on the pitch for Castilla...
The truth is, that Martin has been phenomenal when utilised correctly. For sure he could have scored more goals, but Castilla is about developing players, and in the final weeks of the season, Martin really worked on his shooting, and was rewarded with a goal in the last game, I would like to see him continue to develop his shooting game. His weakest games have been when he has been shoved out on the wing. He is not a winger whatsoever, positioning wise he is way off, he can control a game when he is played in 'CAM', whilst out on the wing he gets marked out of a game faster than the click of a finger. A huge flaw yes, but is it his fault he can't play outwide, or the managers who constantly force him too? Whenever he has played CAM for Castilla, Norway, or even Real Madrid, the team has benfitted greatly. Again, all of these are facts. There are so few people that actually watch Martin reguarly, that most seem to have their opinions shaped for them, and that I find sad. I urge everyone to watch him as much as possible before making any opinions. A final thing for thought, yesterday it came to my attention yet another article had been written about Martin, this was a huge reason that I finally decided to write this article. I was shocked and flattered that for a change, most people were questioning it, many of them my followers. If I have helped build a strong opinion about any Castilla player being falsley attacked, then it makes me proud to run this account... You can read the article here: http://www.squawka.com/news/one-year-on-why-real-madrids-martin-odegaard-project-is-failing/589971 - and whilst reading it, try to link it to the points that have been brought up here, and all of a sudden you should realise how clueless many of these people are about both Castilla and Martin. The article's author was eventually found out to be lying and quoting false sources and facts, and decided to lay low...

In conclusion, Martin Ødegaard has been a fantastic success at Castilla! I have never seen a player come in and have the impact that he did, let alone at his extreme age. He is ready to move on and I am sure that he will continue his brillaint development in the next stage of his career. I hope he wins his first trophy in Norway in a couple of days, what a story that would be. I also really hope this article helped some of you to realise the truth about Martin, and that you will open your eyes so that the next time a bad story of lies comes out, and there will be a next time, you can turn a blind eye to it. I'm not bias, I'm just a massive Castilla fan who says things how I see them. If it turns out to be my word against the Media's, then so be it. At least I can say I'm telling the truth. I really hope that Sergio Díaz can come in and have a similar impact, but for now thank you very much for reading, and goodbye!
